Tomas Kunzmann - CEO Assistance at Allianz Partners

On July 1st 2022, Tomas Kunzmann was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Partners after almost two years as CEO of the Mobility and Assistance business and member of Allianz Partners’ Board of Management.  

Tomas joined the Allianz Group in 2009, holding various positions at Allianz Private Krankenversicherung (APKV), including the Head of Health Underwriting. 

In 2013, he joined Allianz’ German sales organization (ABV) as Sales Manager before heading up the Regional Branch Offices in Ingolstadt and then Kempten. In 2017, Tomas joined Allianz SE as Executive Assistant to the CEO and then held the role of Interim Head of the CEO Office.

Mike Nelson - CEO  Travel Insurance at Allianz Partners
Jean-Marc Pailhol was appointed Chief Global Strategic Partnerships and member of the Board of Allianz Partners in January 2020. He joined the Allianz Group in 2009 and held positions such as Head of Distribution Unit and SME/Midcorp/Corporate Business (Allianz France) and Head of Group Market Management & Distribution (Allianz SE). Jean-Marc Pailhol began his career in IT and Banking.  He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and Political Sciences and an MBA from the ESSEC Business School. 
Ida Luka-Lognoné - CEO of International Health at Allianz Partners
Ida Luka-Lognoné has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. She was appointed CEO of Health in 2015, the international health line branch of Allianz Partners, after originally joining the Board of Allianz Partners in 2014 as Head of Strategy and Innovation. Having joined Elvia Travel Insurance Group in 1992, she was appointed Director of Business Development for Central and Eastern Europe in 1996. She became Director of the European Region for Mondial Assistance Group in 2000, and a Member of its Executive Committee in 2002, in charge of EMEA and APAC in 2007. Ida holds a Master's degree from Krakow University and Paris Inalco, and has completed Executive Programs of INSEAD. She is a sponsor of Allianz NEO, the Allianz global network with a focus on gender inclusion. In recognition of her professional achievements and contribution to the French economy, Ida Luka-Lognoné was awarded the French Legion d'Honneur.
Claudius Leibfritz - CEO of Automotive at Allianz Partners

Laurent Floquet was appointed CEO of Mobility & Assistance of Allianz Partners in September 2022 following his nomination as Chief Transformation Officer and Member of the Board of Management in January 2022. Laurent first joined the Allianz Group in 2014 as Head of Business development for Allianz Technology. Starting 2016, he was Chief Sales Officer for the Assistance Business at Allianz Partners, leading the sales organization in addition to the development of Global Accounts for Assistance. Laurent led the North Central and Eastern European (NCEE) markets from 2019 to 2021 as Regional CEO.

Prior to joining the Allianz Group, Laurent spent over 10 years at Accenture as a Partner. He holds an MBA from E.M. Lyon. 

Damien Ladous - Chief Financial Officer at Allianz Partners

On January 1st 2023, Damien Ladous was appointed Chief Financial Officer. He first joined Allianz in 2006 where he worked on M&A and Corporate Finance at Allianz France before moving to Controlling in 2011.

He then joined Allianz SE in 2012 to work on Controlling and Capital Management activities, before moving in 2015 to the Strategy and Portfolio Management team. Before his current role, he headed the Planning & Controlling function at Allianz France since 2018. In 2020 Damien joined the Allianz Partners Group.

Damien has a degree in electrical engineering from Grenoble INP and a degree in finance from EM Lyon.

Lars Rogge was appointed Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Allianz Partners in April 2020. He began his career in 2001 as Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich. From 2007 to 2009 Lars Rogge was Head of Section Process Management, Policies & Procedures at Deutsche Börse AG in Frankfurt. He joined Allianz SE in 2009 as Head of Group Project Office, responsible for the development of the “Core Group Project” Portfolio in alignment with the Group's strategy. From 2014 to 2015 Lars Rogge was Head of COO Office & Head of Central Program Steering "Betrieb 2020" at Allianz Deutschland AG, supporting the COO in the management of Operations. In 2015 he became Global Head of Operations Travel, Assistance & Digital at Allianz Partners. Lars Rogge holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich.

Beatriz Corti Stuber was appointed Chief Transformation Officer in November 2022.

With 18 years of experience in the Allianz Group, Beatriz has been heading up the development of the Business Master Platform (BMP) at Allianz SE since January 2021. She was instrumental in successfully setting up the Agile way of working and leading the team responsible for building the Retail P&C Suite. Prior to joining Business Transformation, Beatriz spent more than two and a half years as a General manager of the retail P&C technical area at the Board of Management of Allianz Seguros in Spain. Prior to this, she was the Regional Coordinator for IberoLatam for 8 years.

Beatriz holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialization nuclear physics and engineering, from UPC University, Barcelona.

Anna Kofoed was appointed CEO for the Travel Line of Business and Board Member for Allianz Partners in October 2023. Anna has extensive and valuable experience of the travel industry, and joins Allianz Partners from Amadeus, a leading global travel technology company and distribution platform providing B2B and B2B2C travel services. Having joined Amadeus in 2001, Anna has held several global leadership roles across diverse functions and disciplines, from marketing and sales to strategy and business planning. She has an International MBA from Copenhagen Business School in her native Denmark and recently graduated from Harvard's Advanced Management Program (AMP).

Jacob Fuest was appointed Chief Markets Officer and Member of the Board of Management of Allianz Partners on January 1st, 2024.

With 12 years of experience in the Allianz Group, including roles in Market Management and Innovation, CEO of Allianz Partners Germany and Regional CEO for Northern, Central and Eastern Europe of Allianz Partners, Jacob brings invaluable expertise to his current role. In addition to roles in Allianz Partners, Jacob was leading the Business Division for Western and Southern Europe, Allianz Partners and Allianz Direct at Allianz Group. He served on the Board of Directors of multiple large Allianz entities and spearheaded large-scale transformation projects.

Prior to Allianz, Jacob held strategic positions within the automotive industry, notably with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Bosch. Jacob holds a degree in Business Administration and Automotive Management from Bergisch Gladbach University of Applied Sciences.
