- Requirement: 9.2.4.6 - Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;

- Requirement: 9.2.4.7 - Not all keyboard-usable user interfaces have an operational mode in which the focus indicator is visible;

- Requirement: 9.3.2.4 - Not all components that have the same functionality within a set of Web pages are consistently identified;

- Requirement: 9.3.3.2 - Labels or instructions are not always provided when content requires user input actions;

- Requirement: 9.4.1.1 - Page markup code does not always conform to its specification or contain errors, or duplicate attributes and IDs;

- Requirement: 9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including: form elements, links, and script-generated components...), name, role, states, properties, and values are incorrect or set, or the user and his or her assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
