Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is a mandatory health insurance policy required by the Australian government for international students studying in Australia on a student visa. Allianz Care Australia's OSHC provides coverage for medical expenses including hospital expenses, outpatient doctor’s visits, prescriptions, and emergency ambulance services. Allianz Care Australia OSHC ensures international students have access to critical health services allowing them to proactively manage their health, wellbeing and make the most of their experience in Australia.

Overseas Visitor Health Cover 

Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) is a type of health insurance designed for individuals visiting Australia on temporary visas, such as a working or visitor visa. Allianz Care Australia OVHC members have access to flexible policy options to suit their specific healthcare needs, our network of hundreds of medical providers across Australia, and 24/7 emergency helpline. Our OVHC policies meet the Australian government’s requirements for adequate health insurance (visa condition 8501).
