Joining Allianz in 2013, Parikshit has been instrumental in steering the diversification agenda for Allianz Partners India. Under his leadership, the business mix transitioned from monoline to multiline, marking a significant milestone in the company's journey. As the Head of Sales, Parikshit leads various lines of business including Travel, Health, MDDR & Easy Living and Mobility. His responsibilities encompass team leadership, sales, product, and market strategy development, along with steering on key strategic initiatives.
Prior to his tenure at Allianz Partners, Parikshit held pivotal sales leadership roles at Citi and Barclays, specializing in personal finance products. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Additionally, Parikshit holds a certification in leading innovation from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, US.
