Elias joined the Allianz Group in 1999 in Germany, holding various managerial positions and was assigned to Malaysia in 2017 as the Head of Agency Transformation in Allianz Life. Elias was then appointed as Managing Director for Allianz Partners Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia in August 2022 and has since brought a wealth of experience, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to success to the Company.

Elias holds a Degree in Mathematics from Technische Universität Berlin.

Ida Luka-Lognoné - CEO of International Health at Allianz Partners

Catherine took on the position of Sales Director, Singapore at Allianz Partners Singapore in September 2023. In this capacity, she is responsible for crafting sales strategies and supervising all sales initiatives. Before Allianz Partners, Catherine garnered 8 years of experience in multinational insurance companies, including Allianz Insurance Singapore, specializing in partnership solutions across Southeast Asia.

Catherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Northumbria and earned her MBA from the University of Cardiff Metropolitan.

In February 2023, Winnie took on the position of Chief Operations Officer – Malaysia & Singapore at Allianz Partners. In this role, she holds responsibility for overseeing the entirety of the operations functions for the 2 countries. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Winnie brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership and the establishment of metrics to drive operational excellence and digitization efforts. With effect from 1 March 2024, she has been redesignated as Head of Operations Travel - Asia and Country Manager Malaysia & Singapore.

Winnie majored in Computer Management from the British Computer Society (The Chartered Engineering Institution for Information Systems Engineers).

In September 2023, Cindy took on the position of Country HR Lead for Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, where her primary focus is aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives. With over 15 years of experience in both consulting and corporate HR environments, Cindy has specialised in various areas of HR.

Cindy graduated with a degree in Commerce (Business Administration & Economics) from the University of Windsor.
