The use of the Voicebot is voluntary. You are free to contact us through other means without any disadvantages. The personal data provided by you in the context of your Voicebot request (e.g., concerns, mobile phone number, or license plates) will be processed for the purpose of handling your request and/or for recognition in subsequent calls. The legal basis for processing the collected personal data is the fulfillment of a contract with you.

To ensure the security of your data, please share confidential and personal data with us only at points in the Voicebot call where we explicitly ask for them. The data will be stored for six months for quality assurance and continuous improvement of the services offered, after which it will be automatically deleted. AWP Switzerland collects and processes personal data related to you that you transmit to us or that we receive from you for the purposes listed below. The procurement and processing of your personal data are done with your explicit consent, unless due to legal regulations your explicit consent is not required.

No explicit consent is required for the following processing purposes:

• Contract administration (e.g., quotation, risk assessment, contract conclusion, claims processing, etc.)
• Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax, administrative, or accounting obligations)
• Debt collection management / collection of claims
• Pursuit of recourse claims against other insurance providers (e.g., credit card companies, travel insurance, health insurance providers, etc.)
• Risk diversification through reinsurance and/or co-insurance agreements
• Data transmission to subcontractors for the organization of contractually defined services (details in Section 4)
• Prevention and detection of fraud, money laundering, violations of economic sanctions, or terrorism financing

Explicit consent is required for the following processing purposes:

• To inform you or allow companies within the Allianz Group and selected third parties to inform you about products and services that we believe may interest you. You can change these preferences at any time by revoking your consent in the mailing (button "Unsubscribe"), or by contacting us as described in Section 9 below.
• For automated decisions (including profiling) for personalizing our website or mobile application. This concerns the presentation of products, services, marketing messages, offers, and content tailored to your needs through computer-assisted decisions, e.g., an assessment of which products might be most suitable for you.

In principle, we will need your personal data if you want to purchase or use our products and services. If you choose not to provide this information, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding products or services.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection.
